9:00 am - 2:00 pm  NEW TIME For Indoor Entries, 4-H and Adult/Youth Open Exhibits & Commercial booths must be constructed and in place - Multi-use Building 
 (If you are entering Photo's please do not bring them in glass frames as we cannot accept them - Do bring them taped to a matted frame)

4-H Baking may be entered before 9:00 am Friday

FRIDAY, AUGUST 4
7:00 - 9:00 am - Entries for 4-H and FFA Livestock and small animals, Livestock Pavillion​

8:00 - 10:00 am - Entries -Flower show - Multi-Use Building

9:00 am - Judging of all Indoor exhibits. Multi-Use Building will be closed. Exhibits will be open for public viewing promptly following judging

10:00 am - Weigh livestock entries - Steers, Swine, Lambs, Goats, & Rabbits

7:00 pm - Guadalupe County Ranch Rodeo (Contact: Twyla Sisneros 575-781-0149/472-3323 or on Facebook @ Guadalupe County Ranch Rodeo)

Viewing of exhibits following judging from 1:00—5:00 pm

SATURDAY, AUGUST 5

8:00 am - Swine, Rabbit Steer, Heifer, Lamb Goat- Livestock Pavilion (15 minute break in between each species)

9:00 am -12:00 pm - Vet on grounds to provide vaccines to pets of the public i.e. dogs/cats (for a fee)

11:30 - 1:00 pm - V's BBQ  - 2nd Annual

12:00 pm - Timed Rodeo Event

4:00 pm - Buyers Registration (Livestock Pavillion)

5:00 pm - JUNIOR LIVESTOCK SALE

7:00 pm - Guadalupe County Ranch Rodeo

9:30 pm - 1:00 am - Dance under the tent with band "Point Blank"

Viewing of exhibits from 10:00 am—5:00 pm

SUNDAY, AUGUST 6

8:00 am - Team Roping entries (Contact: Brandon Muniz 505-515-4045 or Joel Fuchs 575-571-7583)

8:00 am - Cowboy Church Services (non-denominational)

​9:00 am - Roping Starts

9:00 am - Fairground clean up

10:00 am  - 12:00 pm - Indoor exhibit pick up

12:00 pm - Animals released

All exhibitors and vendors must clean up after themselves before leaving on Sunday
