FRIDAY, AUGUST 3
7:00 - 10:00 am - Entries -Flower show - Multi-Use Building
8:00 am - Hip height steers, weigh livestock entries - swine, lambs, goats, & rabbits
9:00 am - Judging of all Indoor exhibits. Multi-Use and Armory Buildings will be closed. Exhibits will be open for public viewing promptly following judging
1:00 pm— 6:00 pm—SILENT AUCTION—Armory Bldg. 4:00 pm—Small animal judging
5:00 pm— Heifer & Steer Show—Showmanship to follow
7:30 pm - Ranch Rodeo/Grand Entry at 7:00 pm
Viewing of exhibits following judging from 1:00—6:00 pm
SATURDAY, AUGUST 4
8:00 am - Swine, Lamb, Goat - Livestock Pavilion (15 mi-nute break in between each species)
10:00 am—6:00 pm—SILENT AUCTION—Armory Bldg.
12:00 - 2:00 pm - Barbeque
12:00 pm - Pet Parade entries
12:00 - 5:00 pm - MUSIC
12:30 pm - Pet Parade—Roping Arena
4:00 pm - Buyers Registration
5:00 pm - JUNIOR LIVESTOCK SALE
7:30 pm - Ranch Rodeo/Grand Entry at 7:00 pm with Dance to follow

9:00 am - Marla Lujan Memorial Roping
9:00 am—Cowboy Church—Under big tent
3:30-6:00 pm - BINGO –Multi-use bldg.
1:00 pm - Horseshoe pitching entries
1:30 pm - Horseshoe pitching contest
2:00—3:00 pm - ALL EXHIBITS AND ALL ANIMALS MUST BE PICKED UP!!
Viewing of exhibits from 11:00 am—2:00 pm
All exhibitors and vendors must clean up after themselves before leaving on Sunday
